Sorry, sorry, sorry for this being so late! (by almost a year x__x)
This is a tutorial requested by :iconfireflamer789: after he won the contest celebrating my 1,000th pageview.

Also, it's best to leave out as much detail as you can on the parts of the body that are going to be covered by the clothes, and always draw them as lightly as possible, since you're going to erase them after you get the clothes drawn. If you can manage to leave those areas as just an outline of the body while still keeping the anatomy looking right, then do it.
The only reason I put so much detail into those areas was to show you how the underlying anatomy affects the folds in the clothes.
